Bingo Caller
This position is responsible to provide excellent guest services and will work as part of a team to ensure that our guests have a pleasant experience. This position will call the bingo games at each bingo session, control the pace of the game, and promote a positive guest experience. This position needs to be knowledgeable and aware of what is happening on the bingo floor, watch for players that may raise a hand and call a potential bingo. This position will be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Hours may vary depending on operational needs. This non-exempt licensed position works part time and reports to Bingo management. |

Shuttle Driver/Guest Services Clerk
This position is responsible for the transportation of passengers to and from the Ojibwa Casinos. The incumbent will perform all required safety inspections and other duties for the normal operation of the vehicle. The employee must use the highest degree of care with the passengers while complying with all applicable Tribal, Federal and State rules, regulations and traffic laws. The Guest Services Clerk portion of the job opens new customer accounts, provides customer information services and greets tour groups. They are also responsible for selling the casino experience to customers using our facilities, participating in special events and promotions and encouraging more frequent guest visits. They ensure that our customers are given the highest level of service. Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays on rotating shifts.

Motel Room Attendant
This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the motel guest rooms and motel proper including reporting room status discrepancies and maintenance problems to their supervisor. |

Casino Count Team
This position is responsible for collecting, transporting, sorting, weighing, counting, wrapping and recording the contents of game drop boxes, bill changers and drop boxes to provide revenue numbers and replenish inventory levels. The incumbent must be able to occasionally lift up to fifty (50) pounds.

|
Cage Cashier
This position is responsible for distributing monies to gaming guests via check cashing and converts coins and tokens into currency for gaming guests. They are also responsible for the makeup and verification of bankrolls for all money-handling departments. This non-exempt position works swing shifts as assigned including nights, weekends, and holidays. |

Restaurant Waitstaff
This position is responsible to greet, take orders and serve guests in a friendly, timely manner. A strong customer focus to provide optimal service satisfaction to guests is crucial. This non-exempt position works swing shifts as assigned to include nights, weekends and holidays in the Eagles Nest Restaurant. |

Restaurant Cook
This position is responsible for preparing food orders in an excellent manner for every customer. Ensures that the preparation of food orders is done in a quick, timely and appetizing manner. Informs Pit Boss of any mistakes, disputes and suspicious or irregular play. Creates a positive, friendly, courteous customer atmosphere, assisting customers with problems and requests. Licensed position. |

GUEST SERVICES CLERK
Part time positions available! This position opens new customer accounts, provides customer information services and greets tour buses.
